This page sets out the legal and company information for the paid service, and mirrors the statutory notice ("特定商取引法に基づく表記") that Hexagonal Computation, Inc. publishes for Japanese customers under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

It applies to "HexScope | AI Brand Tracker", the service that Hexagonal Computation, Inc. provides at https://hexscope.ai, which measures how brands are mentioned in the answers of AI platforms and delivers the results as a report.

    Each user (identified by an anonymous per-browser identifier) can use the service free of charge up to 3 times.

    After the free allowance is used up, each report costs USD 5. From the third paid report onward within the same calendar month (based on Coordinated Universal Time), the price is USD 4 per report.

    The currency and any applicable tax are as shown on the checkout screen.

  8. 8.Additional fees

    Apart from the price of the service, any internet connection and communication charges required to use the service are borne by the user.

  9. 9.Payment method

    Credit card. Payments are processed through the payment services provided by Stripe, Inc. Card details are sent directly from the user’s browser to Stripe and do not pass through our servers or databases.

  10. 10.Payment timing

    Payment is confirmed at the time the user places a paid order (completes checkout).

  11. 11.Service delivery

    After payment is completed, generation of the report begins immediately, and the completed report is sent to the email address specified by the user.

    The report is delivered by email rather than shown on screen. Generation typically takes a few minutes.

  12. 12.Cancellation and refunds

    The report is digital content that is generated and delivered immediately after an order is placed. Due to its nature, cancellation or refund is not available once delivery is complete.

    You can try the service using the free allowance (up to 3 times per user) before placing a paid order.

    If we fail to provide a report for reasons attributable to us, we will resend the report or refund the amount paid.

  13. 13.System requirements

    Using the service requires an internet connection, a common up-to-date web browser, and an email address that can receive the report.
