Frequently asked questions
Can I see the results on screen?
No. The only way to receive results is by email; nothing is shown on screen. The report includes the prompts used, each AI’s answers, and the full basis for every score.
Can I check the sources?
Sources for Tips are omitted inside the report, but we maintain a source for every Tip and will answer individually on request. All answers and prompts used to compute scores are included in the report.
Why do you go across multiple AIs?
ChatGPT currently accounts for 78% of AI-driven traffic, but Gemini is growing fast (+12.8pt YoY). Looking at one AI alone biases the result. We ask the four AIs the same questions so the result isn’t skewed toward any single AI.
Don’t the results change every time?
The candidate list an AI gives changes more than 99% of the time (2,961-run experiment by SparkToro/Gumshoe). Even so, the mention rate — how often your name appears across asks — stays stable. HexScope measures with that rate.
How is the free quota counted?
The free quota is 3 runs per account. You can’t register duplicate accounts with the same email address. As anti-abuse measures we also use reCAPTCHA and per-IP rate limiting.
Can I turn on weekly automation later?
Yes. You can toggle it ON/OFF per domain from the link in the report email or from the console. The price is ¥500 per run.
